Planted: 1963
Site: 8' Tree Lawn
1971 Comments: These trees are pyramidal, uniform in size, and provide an excellent appearance for the street particularly with their attractive fall color. They provide shade for both lawn and street. The branches may ultimately interfere with power lines overhead.

1997 Comments: These trees create a large canopy effect. They have been pruned for overhead wires. There is considerable damage to the sidewalks by these plants. The neighbors must like them because replacements have been sweetgums.
Eight-seven percent of the overall planting survived (23 of 27 trees). The 1997 data in the table are based on four trees.
