1997 Comments: Four of the original trees were removed because one of the owners used a wheelchair and the trees were disrupting sidewalks. Almost all of the trees in this planting are causing some disruption of the sidewalks.
Sixty-one percent of the overall planting survived (11 of 18 trees). The 1997 data in the table are based on four trees.
