Planted: Unknown
Site: 16' Tree Lawn
1971 Comments: These trees are large, upright spreading and form a canopy of shade over the tree lawn and sidewalk area. The uniform size and habit of these trees provide an excellent appearance. This is considered by the local cooperators to be one of the finest streets in the vicinity. It is a major residential area road with heavy traffic.

1997 Comments: Despite the large tree lawn, a number of plants are still creating some sidewalk disruption. These trees are planted directly under power lines, so centers of several plants have been pruned to prevent interruption. Overall, the effect is quite pleasant and very attractive.
Ninety-five percent of the overall planting survived (61 of 64 trees). The 1997 data in the table are based on five trees.
