ACER PSEUDOPLATANUS Sycamore Maple

10717 Governor, Cleveland

Planted: 1955

Site: 5' Tree Lawn

1971 Comments: The trees are upright spreading in habit and are definitely too large for the area because of a very narrow tree lawn, narrow street, and shallow setback of the homes. As these trees become larger, they will probably create problems due to density and branch spread.

1997 Comments: Some of the remaining plants are in serious decline in the area. This planting did poorly overall.

Twenty-nine percent of the overall planting survived (19 of 65 trees). The 1997 data in the table are based on four trees.
