Conclusion
Clearly, there are areas that this study identified as needing urgent attention by extension personnel. Among these were, use of products in multidose containers, attendance of producers at dairy informational meetings and attitude of dairy producers to institutions involved in developing the dairy industry. This finding provides a challenge to the institutions involved to evaluate their services to dairy farmers and to address the issues here identified.
