If you are coming from Columbus, take I-71 north to 36/37 east, the Sunbury exit. At this exit, turn left and come about 5 miles until you see the Delaware office on the left. It is a one-floor brick building and is in front of Delaware's big blue water tower.
If you are coming from the north, you can take SR 23 south. Take the second Delaware exit (Rt 26 east or also called Central Avenue), turn left (east) and take this until you come to the Delaware Office. Central Avenue, also called Rt. 36 and William Street, also called Rt. 37, will come to a point, then you will travel under a railroad underpass. You will see the office on the right.
