Ohio State University Extension is based at The Ohio State University. County, district, and state offices "extend" research-based educational programs and information to the public in response to people's needs and interests in these areas: agriculture, natural resources, community development, family and consumer issues, youth development, and leadership. OSU Extension is part of the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences, and also includes faculty from the Colleges of Human Ecology, Veterinary Medicine, Biological Sciences, and Medicine.
Publications available through Ohio State University Extension may be obtained by contacting the Extension office in each of Ohio's 88 counties. Out-of-state residents may obtain ordering information by contacting The Ohio State University, Extension Publications Office, 385 Kottman Hall, 2021 Coffey Road, Columbus, Ohio 43210-1044 or by calling 614-292-1607. The fax number is 614-292-2270.
Ohio residents are encouraged to visit their local County Extension Offices.
