1971 Comments: All trees are upright, oval in habit, and uniform in size and shape. This is a residential collector road with heavy traffic from vehicles and school children. The plants are growing well with no indication of disease.

1997 Comments: One of the residents said that when the street was widened, several living trees were removed. This cultivar is an unattractive looking plant with a very irregular growth pattern. The address of this location was changed to the address of the single remaining plant. Data represents the one remaining plant which was not in the original group.
Four percent of the overall planting survived (1 of 28 trees). The 1997 data
in the table are based on one tree.
